Alexander Svishchov, known for his investments in sports and volunteer activities, continues to be highly recognized for his active citizenship and support of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. At the beginning of 2024, Svishchov was honored with a letter of appreciation from the former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny.
“I am grateful for such a high appreciation of my work. This is an incentive to continue to help our defenders. Ukraine’s victory is a common goal, and each of us can contribute to its achievement,” the philanthropist said.
In addition, his efforts were recognized by the command of the 125th and 103rd separate territorial defense brigades.
The Golden Lion award he received in April for his significant contribution to the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade was particularly touching.

Among the assistance provided by Svishchov:
- rehabilitation of war victims;
- prosthetics for the military;
- financial assistance to hospitals;
- food and medicines.
Oleksandr Svishchov emphasized that each award is not only a recognition of my personal efforts, but also a testament to the importance of unity and mutual assistance in this difficult time for the country.
Mr. Svishchov was also awarded the 30th Anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence Award for the development of Ukraine’s sports potential and physical culture and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine’s Honor Award for his volunteer support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and humanitarian and financial assistance.
The philanthropist was also recognized on the cultural front as a winner of the Treasure of the Nation 2024 award.
This prestigious award was presented to Svishchov at the opening of Volodymyr Kozyuk’s art project Prayer for Ukraine.
